Director of Sales Enablement

Are you ready to help guide a rapidly expanding sales and partner team through the high growth enterprise DevOps Market? As the Director of Sales Enablement you will be instrumental in developing cross-functional strategies and programs to ensure superior market, product and competitive knowledge across our sales teams and partner organizations, as well as support the adoption of best practices, content and technologies for ongoing success and scale. This is a hands-on, highly visible role and an integral part of the XebiaLabs marketing, sales and partner teams. You will enable members of our direct and indirect sales teams to more effectively sell, compete and win.


  • Plan and execute global enablement strategies, tactics and programs to meet go-to-market plans
  • Develop, lead and manage the delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Orchestrate all required materials, training, coaching and certification programs
  • Equally ensure the training and support of the direct sales team as well as our partners and their respective sales teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in training delivery and sales productivity
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics of program and sales success
  • Ensure consistent adoption of the sales methodology in partnership with Sales Management


  • A minimum of 6-10 years relevant experience in global sales enablement, product marketing or similar roles
  • Strong experience in the enterprise software market, ideally with experience in DevOps, cloud or software development tools
  • Relevant experience in preparing, developing and executing sales and partner effectiveness strategies, tactics, and action plans
  • Experience working with direct sales teams as well partner organizations and their respective sales teams
  • In-depth track record of developing sales tools and training programs
  • Knowledge of training methodologies to improve adoption and application
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast moving organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Highly organized self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • At ease working with international teams, bridging time zones, regional and cultural differences
  • Relevant degree
