As CRO, Rob leads the company’s worldwide field strategy and execution activities. Previously, Rob enjoyed a successful career at IBM where he held leading positions running sales, marketing, software development, and business development organizations in North America, Europe, and APAC. He brings a proven track record of successfully transforming field organizations, and helping companies modify their software development and management operations to allow them to do more, with less, better! Over his 20 years in sales, he progressed to lead IBM’s DevOps (Rational) sales organizations in the Americas, and latterly Worldwide. He also helped build IBM’s Security business and it’s associated revenues.
