Before joining XebiaLabs, Derek served as EVP of Sales at Telerik through their acquisition by Progress Software, COO of SmartBear Software, acquired by Francisco Partners, and VP of Sales at IMCEDA, acquired by DELL.
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
With over thirty years’ experience working in the technology sector, Stephen Gregorio has served as Chief Financial Officer for several software companies, successfully guiding one of those companies through an IPO (GNSM). He places a strong focus on operations and overall corporate strategy to drive revenue growth. Most recently, he held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Black Duck Software, an open source application and container security software vendor, which was sold to Synopsys for $565M, after growing revenues by over 3X over a 3-year period.
Chief Marketing Officer
Gottfried has over 20 years of experience driving strategy, growth and innovation in the enterprise applications and software development space. Prior to leading Marketing at XebiaLabs, he held a series of executive positions with Mendix, SmartBear Software, SAP and several other enterprise software companies.
Chief Product Officer
Rob is a recognized industry thought leader in DevOps and Continuous Deployment. Before XebiaLabs, he was Principal Analyst for Forrester Research, Inc., where he helped large enterprises drive their DevOps transformations and guided them through organizational change. As VP Strategy and Innovation for IT Business Management for CA Technologies, Rob developed the strategy and product portfolio for products within multi-billion dollar markets. He also served as CA’s Vice President, Innovation and Strategy, where he developed and executed strategy for IT Business Management solutions.

Vincent Partington founded XebiaLabs and is the driver of technology planning, strategic direction and strategic partnerships for the company. Vincent ensures the company continues to lead the field in engineering and innovative technologies.
Vice President of Sales, North America
As VP of Sales for XebiaLabs, Patrick offers a distinctive blend of sales savvy and technical know-how. His experience includes over 15 years driving enterprise software sales, plus a background in software engineering for the financial services and military sectors. He has worked extensively in DevOps and in the areas of SecurityOps, compliance, and privacy for Fortune 100 insurance and banking organizations. Patrick has long history of developing and launching start-ups and a track record of dramatically growing revenues from the ground up.
Vice President of Strategic Alliances
Richard Nuñez is a business development and alliances leader with over 20 years of experience co-selling with ISVs, cloud platforms, resellers, and systems integrators. These partnerships also included OEM and Embedded Systems arrangements. Richard brings to XebiaLabs a deep understanding of building and executing winning partner strategies and frameworks. Prior to XebiaLabs, he served as Director of Business Development for New Relic. Richard was also Business Development Director at Springsource (purchased by VMWare) and was on the ISV/Channels team at BEA Systems (Oracle).
Senior Vice President EMEA/APAC
Combining a 20+ year track record in sales leadership with a flair for leveraging technology, Coert brings a long history of driving successful businesses from the ground up. Coert joined XebiaLabs in 2008, serving as CEO until 2015. Today, he applies his experience and strategic vision to leading XebiaLabs’ sales organization and channel relations for EMEA/APAC, where he is also responsible for opening new markets.

Andreas brings real-world experience building and scaling teams to deliver mission-critical software applications. His background includes work as an Agile Transformation coach and as a former manager of DevOps teams within ING Lease, where he led the organization’s digital transformation in the areas of Continuous Development and Delivery.

T.j. Randall is the street-smart DevOps technologist and business-minded VP behind XebiaLabs’ Customer Success team. T.j. combines hands-on engineering experience with a passion for studying the intersections of business and technology. At XebiaLabs, he routinely partners with global enterprises to implement successful DevOps strategies. T.j. has also helped scores of IT professionals develop practical, cost-effective DevOps models that win support from executive management and colleagues across their organizations.
Vice President of Product Marketing
As Vice President of Product Marketing, Lisa is responsible for developing and driving the Company’s product marketing strategy, including lifecycle management, product positioning, and sales support. She also works closely with the Development team to ensure that XebiaLabs’ products address critical market needs.
