What is the difference between vertical and horizontal boxes?
The primary difference is that the vertical boxes (Build, CI, Deploy, etc.) represent discreet stages in the development lifecycle while the horizontal boxes (ALM, Collaboration, Testing, etc.) represent activities that occur at varying stages or persists throughout the lifecycle.
